China and the US partially reach trade agreement: ‘Farmers, buy larger tractors.’

United States (US) and China have reached a partial agreement, says President Donald Trump after talks with Chinese Deputy Prime Minister Liu He. Trump speaks of a “substantial” deal, especially for American agriculture.
China and America have met on a number of points. This partial agreement is, therefore, the basis for a broader agreement.
In the press conference, the American president says that the agreement is about intellectual property law, financial services and agriculture. He calls it a “fantastic deal” for farmers.
