Apple expects to sell many more new iPhones

Apple expects to sell many more copies of the latest iPhone this year than in previous years. The iPhone 13 is expected this fall.
Apple has asked its suppliers to build 90 million of the latest generation smartphones this year, Bloomberg reports based on insiders. In recent years there were about 75 million.
Apple is expected to introduce the new iPhone 13s in September. Last year, the iPhone 12s – the first iPhone with 5G – was introduced in October due to supply problems.
A false news about iPhone 13 is that it is a more significant step forward than its predecessor, including a faster chip and improved cameras. The new camera island would make the device slightly thicker. The iPhone 13 would also get a fingerprint sensor again, this time built into the screen.
